cant meet needs of my diet

I find it hard to consume enough food to satisfy the values dictated to me by the gain muscle mass diet, even while on protein supps. Is the weight gainer by GNC a useful bodybuilding tool that I can use to meet the requirements of a 5000 cal, 139g (protein) diet?


Also, I play basketball recreationally but seriously when I do play. During most weeks, I'll play 3 days. That coupled with having trouble taking in enough calories and protein I fear I wont gain weight and reach my goals. Should I go with a weight gainer or stick with the whey protein I've been taking a couple times a day?

Hey..

139 grams of protein should not be very hard to meet. That's about 4 small meals. And if you are haing a weight gainer then it makes it about 3 small meals.

You will need the weight gainer if you choose to reach 5000 healthy daily calories.
