I need to know how much time I rest between reps. Soem have suggested a minute at least? Is there anyway one of the moderators can look up my exercise profile to see what I am doing so that they can recommend what to do and how long to wait between reps?

Oh also, what do you think of having an energy bar before a workout? Should I take it 30 minutes before? The one I am having now is 4.5 grams of total fat. 23g carbs 15g sugars

Shanna, typically I would recommend resting anywhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes in between sets, especially if you are going very heavy. You will need that much time to recover.
As far as the energy bar, that's an aweful lot of sugar. I would recommend a healthier (carb-oriented) substitute, like oatmeal or even an MRP.
