What excersises are good to make the shoulders more bulky? The part of the shoulder that is above the triceps and biceps i keep forgetting what that part of the shoulder is called...what excersises are good to make that stronger and cut?
I find that grabbing weights that are way too heavy to do side laterals with work great for me. I do this at the end of my workout. I just grab weights that are twice what I'd normally grab and try to do a side lateral. I bring them both up as much as possible (like 5-10 degrees) and hold it there.
The best way to bring out cuts in any muscle is to flex the muscle as hard as you can and for as long as you can. This does that very thing.
