Hi,
I have created a routine here at Freetrainers.com, with the goal "Tone and Lose Weight", which is supposed to put emphasis on thighs and buttocks. I workout 3 days/week, and with this routine, it turns out that I only work on my thighs 1 day/week.
Do you think that working on thighs only once a week will give good results? I would like to work on them more, but I've been told that it is not good to always work on the same muscle.
Also, I've noticed that some routines are designed to work on one muscle of every muscle group all in one day, and other routines work the upper body on day1, and the lower body on day2. What is the difference?
Any kind of advice on creating routines would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

I don't know if you're a beginner or not, but working each bodypart (especially large ones, like your legs) once a week is a good thing. Just try to concentrate on good form and when you've got it down, start increasing the weight you use. If you work hard, you will get the results you want.
