anyone in here that has had real good improvements with these ? wat about the abs one? im really interested in it because i have a strong midsection but not abs. please help
I am almost done with my 12 week ab program. I agree with lumina at first i thought the workouts were a breeze but once week 5 comes it gets pretty difficult. but i think it has really helped me so far. i've noticed that my abs are much more defined. I think it has really helped my strength there too.
