Just finished my 12 week program.

As the subject reads, I finished my first program (on a different name, but forgot my password!) I lost a total of 30lbs (having gained some muscle back) on the Definition training, and my abs are actually starting to look toned. =D I'll have some before and after pics as soon as I get my digicam working again.

hey i am looking forward to seeing them! thats awsome that the program had results for you!! You should post this up on feedback i bet people would like that:)
