12 week mass program

Anyone know why the 12 week mass program doesn't have ab routines? I know I can add them myself, but I was just curious why it doesn't. The 8 week program had it included.

Mass programs are specifically used to gain size in your appearance. Basically you want a BIGGER appearance, (most men want this)
Now if you think about it, Do people really want HUGE abs? No they don't! They don't want abs out to their chest, thats totaly discusting! Thats why abs are the most difficult to train. Instead, most people are looking for that sleek, thin, ripped look on their abs. That's why you never see people use really really haevy weights when prforming on abs with low reps. Instead you see high reps for the 15-20's It tones them up, not bulks them up;)
