so...what is creatine again? I really dont understand it, and the word seems that it would be pretty bad for a teenager...I am just wondering what it is "supposed to do" so maybe I will consider it when I am older like maybe 18 or over...

Creatine is a natural supplement found in many meats that you eat on a daily basis, while research is still out on the long term effect, there have been no side-effects found on the regular short term use of creatine.
