I been working out for almost 3 weeks now. I been watching on my diet as well for almost more than 1 month.
However i notice that my weight is actually been increased.
My weight data as follow;
Initial weight : 89kg
Weight 2 weeks after diet modification : 86kg (begining of workout)
Current weight (3 weeks after start working out) : 87.3
Is this normal? I am just worried that I might not be doing thing correctly.
