yesterday's workout: back, biceps

woke up extra early (well, early for me) to make it to the gym and get a good workout before my hair appointment at 12:30. after that my day was slammed so i didn't log the workout, but i'm doing it now.

machine lat rows:
12 x 78, 12 x 83, 10 x 88, 10 x 98
cable rows:
12 x 70, 12 x 80, 10 x 80, 10 x 90
underhand pulldowns on hammer machine:
12 x 101, 12 x 111, 10 x 121
• biceps
standing ez bar curl:
2 x 12 x 45, 2 x 10 x 45
concentration curls:
12 x 10, 2 x 10 x 15
seated db 21s:
21 x 10, 21 x 15
again, i got complimented on how much my arms have leaned out. what a great feeling.
