i did mid-month progress checks for my chest today just to see how i'm doing on reaching my goals for the month. i had to be careful though, i don't have a workout partner, thus, no spotter. here are today's numbers...
bench press:
10 x 95, 7 x 105, 5 x 115, 3 x 125, 3 x 135, 2 x 140
incline press:
8 x 75, 6 x 85, 4 x 90, 3 x 95, 2 x 100
flat bench db flyes:
12 x 12.5, 10 x 15, 10 x 15
paralell dips x bw (to failure)
8, 7, 8
abs:
decline cruches
3 x 20
standing cable crunches
20 x 70, 20 x 80, 20 x 80
leg lifts
3 x 20
forearms
db wrist curls
15 x 12.5, 15 x 15, 15 x 15
the workout felt good today - i expect the chest to be sore tomorrow. something to look forward to:)
