I had a great workout today - really motivated and felt good (wimpy weights, though). Have to start somewhere...
Over the weekend we picked up a second refrigerator to keep in the basement - no more runnning out of eggs and chicken!!! i am so jazzed.
Today was shoulders, forearms, cardio
Machine shoulder presses 30X15, 40X12, 50X10, 60X6
Standing lateral raises 7.5X15, 12.5X12, 12.5X10, 12.5X8
front db raises 7.5X14, 10X12, 12.5X10, 12.5X8
seated reverse wrist curls 5X12, 7.5X10, 10X10
did 3 sets of 15 assisted pull-ups
Did my core exercises the PT has me doing
Did 15 minutes on the cross trainer
Had an awesome eating day - very pleased:
7am protein shake (0 cho)
2/3c oatmeal, cinnamon, ICBINB spray, little maple syrup
9:30 leftover pork roast
rice and a little prune sauce from the roast
12:15 PWO shake
3:00 tri=o=plex bar (tired)
6:15 chicken
rice
green beans
before bed I am having cottage cheese and ground flaxseeds
