wrapping up week 4

i had a hard time getting back to my eating schedule this week. it was pretty busy and cooking didn't really fit into my scheudle. i didn't stray too far off the plan though, which was favorable. i'm still not eating enough, but i've started snacking a lot more.

lifting went well this week. i still haven't missed a day since i started, which is the best i've done in about 18 months. i'm going to mix up my cardio program this week to keep things interesting. i'm also playing tennis in the evenings so that's really giving me a workout.

week 3 weight: 185
week 4 weight: 184
total weight loss: 10 lbs
