What a difference no protein shake makes

First time I missed my post workout shake, and I felt a huge difference physically.. got rundown and cranky about an hour later.. actually left the engagement early to come home and have my shake then go for a good bike ride (greatest cardio on earth, right?)

So the gym went like this today..

Barbell Reverse Lunges
15 x 65
15 x 75
6 x 85

Machine Hamstring Curls
15 x 70
15 x 70

Hack Squat
12 x 50+ How much does that thing weigh on it's own?
12 x 70+

Straight Leg Deadlift
12 x 45
12 x 55
6 x 65

Had to skip my scheduled calf raises because I was running late to this darn fundraiser thingie, then left it early anyways..

Biked about 3 miles, up and down intervals whenever I got space to kick it (and stopping for lights).

Still cranky though. erggh.
