Well, good news and bad news

the good news is - I was smart and went to the doctor before developing pneumonia (I am prone, with my asthma and past pneumonia bouts). The doc put me on antibiotics, prednisone, new stronegr asthma meds and said to 'rest'.

Not doing Thanksgiving this year. Maybe on Saturday or Sunday, if I feel better, I will cook the turkey and hae my husband's paerents over.

I am a little discouraged. When I can start working out again it will be pretty much square one again, cardio-wise and I think I will start the old challenge routine again for a few weeks, then get into the new one when my body feels up to it.

It was nice to step on the scale at the doctor's office and see the weight lower. At least that is a plus.

I am trying to eat well, and drinking gallons of diet soda feels good on my throat). I have been eating a lot of grapefruit.

Anyhow. Sorry I haven't been on, I have literally been so exhausted (oxygen deprivation) that the thought of going online and typing made me tired.
