weekend workout

i have been laying off the weights a little and doing more cardio/endurance stuff lately. this is what i did friday-monday. i took today off to eat vietnamese food. i love hot chili sauce. mmmmm.

friday:
25 min. HITT on eliptical

saturday:
no weights, but played softball (3 home runs, showing off the power :-D)

sunday:
supersets w/chest & biceps
#1: incline db press w/incline db curls
4 sets 15 x 25 press, 15 x 10 curls, 30 sec rest between sets.

#2: db bench w/lying db curls
4 sets 15 x 25 bench, 15 x 10 curls, 30 sec rest between sets.

#3: flat bench db flyes, hammer curls
4 sets 15 x 10 flyes, 2 sets 15 x 10 curls, 2 sets 15 x 15 curls, 30 sec rest between sets.

20 min cardio on eliptical.

monday:
25 min HITT on eliptical.
