Week 6 - variables - Light

I skipped yesterday (Holiday, right?) so today was Light Chest/Abs
warm-up elliptical 4 minutes, push-ups
Bench press 100X20, 100X15, 100X15
Incline db press 20'sx20, 25'sX20, 35'sX20
Decline bench press 75X20, 75X20
Incline db flyes 20'sX20, 20'sX20
swiss ball crunches 20, 5X20, 5X20
reverse curls on incline Bodyweight 20, 15, 15
I also did rotator cuff exercises between sets of crunches, in, out, up, down and figure eights.
I did 20 minutes random program, level 11 after my workout...
I will post food and PM cardio later :)
