Wednesday week 2

A good day, a few cheaty-treaty type foods, but I have to remind myself that I am not getting strict on my eating (yet).
5:30am mango, vanilla yogurt, 1 slice health nut with peanut butter
9:30- strawberry protein powder soymilk smoothie
Disco Sweat tape with my daughter (we are such dorks)
12:30 movie popcorn and diet pepsi. Spur of the moment decision to see a cheap movie. Shared a medium popcorn.
went grocery shopping hungry!!!Still, managed not to get too many unneccessary items. i will never run out of eggs again, though.
3:00 scrambled egg/egg whites , green beans
5:30ish Out for dinner :)
green salad, drizzle of french and blue cheese dressing
4 oz steak, 1/2 sweet potato (most butter removed)
And I have syeak and sweet potato for another meal! What a deal!
Felt tighter and more toned today, and no can't-stay-awake exhaustion after 2pm. That is so good!
