Wednesday - Happy Valentine's Day!

AM cardio - Latin Regeatton dance dvd (Boy am I glad no one can see me doing this - so spastic!

Workout - supposed to be Back day, but my back felt like hamburger from the massage, so i talked to Brian and he agreed that it was best to do arms instead.
ARM DAY:

Warm-up elliptical 3 minutes, light curls and extensions

closegrip bench 90X12, 100X10, 110X10
skullkrushers 25.5X12, 35.5X10, 45.5X8 better today
tri pressdowns 70X12, 80X10, 100X9
Db curls - alternating, seated 20'sX12, 25'sX8, 25'sX8
standing Ez bar curls 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 55.5X6 - just couldn't get 8 without a spot, I guess..

Stretched...

PM cardio 30 minutes low intensity recumbent bike, random program

Wednesday Food - not a stellar day..but I will make amends by eating really clean Thursday :)

2 Tbsp Peanut butter mixd with 1 scoop isopure,
2 slices brown rice bread

1 egg, 2 whites, pico de gallo
3 oz chicken breast, coconut oil for cooking
green apple

(workout)

12:30ish
PWO shake:
1 scoop isopure
1 scoop casein
&gt;30g mixed cho, BCAA's, glutamine, anti-oxidants

1:30 -
Out to lunch w/my daughter for valentine's day..
stir-fried broccoli, chicken
4 salted shrimp
green beans
mushrooms
very small amount MOngolian beef&onions, diet pepesi

5:20
garlic & herb chicken breast
mashed potato (potato, skim milk, smart balance light)
FF gravy
broccoli
salad greens, 6 croutons, drizzle Caeser dressing

9:00
Valentine's treat -
No Pudge fudge brownie (FF, but not sugar free)
skim milk

Things I did right on Wednesday..
1)Worked out! Some days that is a feat in itself :)
2)Didn't overeat at lunch - left feeling satisfied but nowhere near full/overfull.
3)Hmmm... I don't know what else!
