Wednesday - adventure!

5:30am shake - 1/4c oats, frozen peaches, vanilla yogurt, isopure, vanilla, cinnamon, water
workout
deadlifts/incline bench
split squats/pulldowns
romanian deadlifts/lateral rolls
7:45 maybe closer to 8am, PWO shake
10:30 tuna and kidney bean salad in 1/2 a whole wheat pita.
still hungry a little later, ate a banana.
1:30ish - on the road adventure! We went letterboxing - look it up online and try it - it is really cool!
Packed peanutbutter and lingonberry sandwiches and apples.
Didn't get home and to food until 6:15pm....went out foer Indian food. had Garlic Naan, mint chutney, Nav Ratton Korma and basmati rice.
Appears to have been a high carb, mostly vegetarian day... Today (Thursday) I will focus on protein and less carbs.
