Am cardio 25 minute hills level 7 elliptical
workout abs (after 2nd cardio session)
weighted crunches on step w/slight incline 3 sets 8#X15
weighted oblique crunches on step w/slight incline 3 sets 8#X15 reps a side
reverse curls on step w/slight incline 3 sets 15
Pm cardio 1/2 hour step aerobics

2 scoops whye in crystal lite, 2 tsp Udo's
1/2c oats, tsp SB lite, tbsp sf syrup

1/2c brown rice
5 oz chicken breast

PWO shake
1 scoop whey
20g mixed cho
crystal lite, glutamine

1/4c brown rice
5 oz chicken breast

6 oz chicken breast
3 oz yam
salad greensm drizzle oil&vinegar

2 eggs

Things I did right on Wednesday:
1) Got 6 meals in!
2)worked out!
3)Studied for my cert!
4) Wrote out my goals and affirmations again when feeling sort of down in the evening
