6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 2/3 cup oats, 2 1200mg fish oil
11:45 am: 7 oz salmon, 1 cup brown rice, about 3/4 cup corn, 2 1200mg fish oil
2 pm: 1/4 cup almonds
4:30 pm: 2 scoops whey protein, 3/4 cups oats
6 pm: workout
7:15 pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
8 pm: 7 oz salmon, 1 cup brown rice

Hanging leg raise: BWx15, BWx15, BWx15, BWx15
Incline crunches: BWx15, BWx15, BWx14, BWx12
Cable crunches: Forgot to write down the weight, 4 sets of 15
40 min elliptical machine

Had a great workout, felt really good about being able to run for the 40 minutes and a medium with high interval burts throughout. Almost a 40 min HIIT but not as intense.
