Wednesday, November 30th
7:00am 1 slice sunflower bread, natural peanut butter, 1 boiled egg white3 dried apricots
Coffee, splenda, skim milk
Went grocery shopping and loaded up on fresh veggies, some fruits, lots of chicken. Didn’t buy any junk food! It feels good to have all those healthy options in the fridge.
10:30am celery sticks and hummus
1:15pm Leftovers - half a sweet potato and about 3 oz steak
Salad greens, shredded red and green cabbage, light ranch dressing
2:45 toasted southern pecan coffee, splenda (mmm)
5:15 most of a large apple (shared with my daughter)
Dinner was late again, with all of the snow lately my husband has been getting home later from work.
8:00 Curried winter root vegetable soup (homemade)
Oat-baked chicken
Got a new relaxation tape today to listen to at bedtime.
