Back from vacation. Had a nice break - wrist seems a little better, using a support just in case. Good night back (I did not record Mondays as that workout was pathetic - very tired that day)

This workout went fast
SLDL's: 11x145, 9x145, 7x145
Rear delt Machine row: 10x75, 10x80, 9x85
Wide Lat Pulldowns: 9x150, 9x150, 10x150
Assisted Dips: 12x-70, 7x-55, 7x-55
One arm Rows: 8x35, 7x35, 4x35 (easy does it on the wrist)
Side Lat Raises: 12x12, 10x12, 10x12
Machine Tricep Press: 10x100, 7x100, 5x100
Tricep Extensions: 10x50, 7x50, 8x50
HS Crunch: 18x40, 12x40
Elliptical - 10 minutes
