Valentine's day massacre

I slaughtered the weights today! ell, not really, but i did get the 50's up on my incline db press and i even did 2 more reps than expected!

Chest and Quads today, cardio tonight

10 minute active warm-up (shadow boxing, stepping)

Incline DB press 30'sX12, 35'sX10, 40'sX8, 45'sX8,50'sX7 !!
Superset with
Squats 95X12, 105X10, 115X8, 120X6, 125X5 finally starting to climb back up on them... knees didn't mind today.
Flat bench 3 sets 105X10, these were tough today - maybe because I went heavier on the inclines? My triceps are still sore from last week, too.
Superset with db lunges, which my knees did mind...15"sX12, 15'sX12, 20'sX12

Flat db flye 20'sX10, 20'SX12, 25'sX10
superset with leg extensions 30X15, 35x12, 37.5X12

Headed for the PWO shake and happy with today's effort!

Tonight I will bring the girls to the Y and do cardio while they swim!
