Not as staggeringly tired this morning...
5:30am Isopure in crystal lite OJ, Apple
6:30-7:30 workout
deadlifts/incline db presses
split squats/pulldowns
romanian deadlifts/lateral rolls
7:30 PWO shake (same as usual)
9:30 scrambled eggs, reheated pork, pineapple salsa, 1/2 apple
12:30 - 1:00 2 slices whole grain bread, tuna smart balance/mustard, lettuce, tomato
4/4:30ish 2 low carb tortillas, reheated pork with fajita seasoning, red onion, pineapple salsa
7:00 cream of potato soup, crusty ww bread
