Tuesday and Wednesday

TUsday I had scottish oats and isopure for breakfast (smaller amount of oats),

Went outside and jumped rope (felt good but wrecked my feet), then went down and did 22 minutes HIIT

Ate 2eggs, 6 egg whites and 1 slice cheese (I was originally making an omelette to share with my daughter, but she decided to have peanut butter toast instead...) One slice double fiber bread with smart balance.

We ran errands and picked up a snack around 11, a large bottle of water and some beef nuggets...

Then we spent the rest of the day at an historical farm site. Forgot to have lunch.....

Dinner was brought in by my hubby - chicken, mashed potatoes, cornbread...not too great but my feet hurt so much I couldn't stand to make dinner.

Wednesday - feet have recovered a bit.

Ate leftover chili (extra lean beef, kidney and black beans, tomatoes, onions) and 1 small square corn bread.

Lifted (this was like a fricking battle today...I think I am dehydrated from my allergy meds)
snatchgrip deadlifts/T push-ups
bulgarian split squats with a shoulder press/reverse grip pull-downs.
romanian deadlifts w/bent-over row/lower body russian twists.

Had my PWO shake...

lunch was leftover bean&beef hotdish (butter beans, kidney beans, pork and beans, extra lean ground beef, vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, onion, little baco-bits)

had some running around to do... had an apple for snack. Oh, and a 'duck' stick - like a beef stick but made from duck/goose (husband got it from a guy he works with, who hunts...)

Dinner was potroast, mashed rutabega, and peas.

snack - a few bites of potroast (hubby got home late and ate a late supper) and 1/2 a duck stick (that just sounds odd)...

Bed is sooo welcome tonight!
