5:30 really tired, no whey and no cardio, did get the recycling sorted and out to the curb J, feeling depressed about starting over.

6:30
1 egg & 6 whites portabella mushrooms, 1 plum tomato
1/4c steel cut oats, tbsp sf syrup
Coffee, splenda (feeling more optimistic after coffee)

10 Shake (isopure, 1 scoop, Syntrax nectar, 1 scoop), and an apple - in the car, forgot my walnuts…

Seminar…..

Late lunch - out with my Mom and Sister and my daughter (4 generations, pretty cool)(but I overate because I was starving)
Pita bread with hummus(chickpeas, olive oil, lemon, garlic) and baba ganouj (eggplant, olive oil, garlic), some onion , tomato and cucumber, 1 ½ falafel patty, one Greek olive, half a gyros, a small slice of my mom’s spinach pie (phylo dough, spinach, nutmeg), rainia (hibiscus tea with tamarind and spices)

STOMACH ACHE! Wow - the middle eastern food was so good, but it sat like a bowling ball in my stomach! Probably the bread…

Not hungry all afternoon, and then my husband wants to take me out for dinner, guess where? Afghani restaurant! I ate less…needless to say.

6:00
1 leek dumpling, walnut and cilantro chutney
Chai tea
Marinated chicken, more chutney, basmati rice 1/2c

Stuffed all night, had a diet sprite…
