smith calf raise 100X12, 110x10, 120X10
seated calf raise 70X12, 75X10, 80X8

Didn't get my PM cardio in, had some appointments and didn't get home until 8:45, really tired.

long story, late dinner, starving...ended up being a sort of cheat meal...
chicken breast with papaya-kiwi salsa and queso fresca
spanish rice (1/2c) refried beans (1/2c)
lettuce, tomato, a little sour cream
6 corn chips

okay, well, at least I had water and not beer....

Not the best day, really kind of out-of-sorts. BUT I did get in my lifting and I didn't drink beer at the Mexican restaurant...
