Well, legs back to functioning :)
AM Cardio : 23 minutes HIIT, 9 up intervals, elliptical
Workout - supposed to do legs, not happening :0 did Shoulders
warm-up elliptical 4 minutes, light presses (well, and one set of leg extensions, but that is a different story..)
Overhead DB presses 30'sX12, 35'sX10, 40'sX8 yay
Standing overhead BB presses 60X12, 65X10, 70X9 yay!
Lateral raises 15'sx12, 20'sx10 dropset: 20'sX8 15'sX8 12'sX8 10'sX8 oooh
pec dec rear delt 50X12, 60X11, 70X7 finally getting stronger, but failure :)
DB shrugs 50X12, 55X10, 60X8
Pm Cardio: walked the dogs 30 minutes - tried to keep up a good pace, nto sure if this can count as cardio...
I also walked the dogs 30 minutes earlier in the day...
Tuesday's food:
Still only got in five meals...working on adjusting my schedule to get all six in...

Things I did right on Tuesday:
1) Got the whole family out for a walk!
2) Ate clean!
3) worked out!
4) Finally cracked open the books and started to study for my Group Fitness certification!
