Tuesday

Worked out at home this morning because I had a massage appointment at 1:30, my usual workout time..

Workout: Chest/Calves

Warm-up - vacuuming and cleaning studio, some aerobics (extremely hyper today), push-ups

DB Incline press 35'sX12, 40'Sx12, 45'sX8 felt good to dust those off.
BB Incline press 75X12, 95X10, 100X8
Flat flyes 20'sX12, 25'sX10, 30'sX8
One leg standing calf w/DB 20X12, 25X10, 25X10
seated calf raises (my equipment is much lighter than the one at the gym, so the weight looks heavier) 70X12, 75X10, 80X8
I did 20 minutes of step aerobics after my workout for my AM cardio.

PM cardio - 30 minutes intervals on a really wierd-looking elliptical...

Food for today - looking back I see a bit much fat, but most of it is good fat..I hope it doesn't set me back.

Things I did right on Tuesday:
1) Got an inexpensive 'promo' massage (one hour of deep tissue)
2) Scheduled a sports massage in two and a hlaf weeks as a reward to look forward to.
3) Had my chicken breast salad and water, while others ate cheeseburgers and drank beer. :)
4) Went to a different branch of Anytime and did cardio while my daughter was at indoor soccer in the evening (that is where the wierd elliptical machine is).
