5:30am 2 slices health nut bread with raspberry allfruit spread, 1 egg, 5 egg whites and spinach , pan coated in smart balance oil. Coffee
6:30-7:30 workout
deadlifts/incline db presses
split squats/mixed grip pull-downs
romanian deadlifts/lateral swissball rolls
felt better than yesterday!
8:00am PWO shake - isopure, dextrose and malto-dextrin in crystal lite.
11:30 peant butter and allfruit spread on health nut bread, apple
3:00 almonds/pistachios/dried fruit (it was a mix, not much fruit) 2 mini extra dark chocolate bars
6:00 chicken breast (baked) baked potato, green beans
8:30 2 scoops muscle milk made into pudding=like paste (sounds gross but it is my favorite)
