Tuesday,
I felt kind of burnt out from yesterday's emotional upsets. i was hungry at breakfast and then not really hungry the rest of the dya. Mostly snacked until dinner. Dinner was a healthier version of chicken potpie. Comfort food.
My daughter and I are doing the Lean, Long and Strong workout routine, starting at the beginning level. Workout days are monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Tuesday, December 6th
2 wheat -free blueberry waffles, ICBINB spray, Sf syrup
2 eggs, 2 egg whites
Coffee, splenda
Worked out with my daughter!
Dried fruit and nuts
Meat , cheese, shrimp, 2 crackers, diet soda
Green apple
Homemade potpie
