Trial run challenge workout and new gym :)

5:30 Started the morning with oatmeal, honey and milk (going to miss the honey and milk), 1 egg, 4 whites and 1 slice ff cheese
6:30 did HIIT 17 minutes
8:30 shake (crystal lite and whey protein)
9:15 giant apple (was training someone until 9)
12:00 3 chicken tenders, indonesian sate style (homemade)
1/2c rice
3:00 apple on the way to gym...going to need to figure this out better. I think I will need to eat real food at midmorning and have a shake pre and post-workout..but that won't work on Mondays/Thursday when I am training a client at mealtime...3:00 is meal time but it is when I am out the door to the gym now. Hmmm. I will work it out. Maybe a shake and an apple at 3:00.

5-6 minute warm-up precor elliptical.
Incline db presses 30lbs/10 reps, 35X10, 35X10, 35X10
Incline flyes 15lbsX10, 20X10, 25X10
Pec dec 40lbsX10, 50X10, 50X10
Shoulder press (did military presses) 55X8, 60X8, 60X4 and 55X2 (got a little too ambitious)
DB laterals 10lbsX10, 15X10, 15X9 (15's were a bit too heavy, but they didn't have 12's)I am bringing 12's with me next time :)
Db presses 35X8, 35X8, 35X8 barely made it! getting tired...
triceps extensions (need those 12's again) 10x10, 10X12, 10X12
triceps pushdown 30X10, 40X10, 40X10
stretched, ahhh.
i am going to bring my extra set of 12's to the gym and a stretching strap, otherwise i really liked being back in a gym and the equipment was nice, looking forward to next week!
