Today felt good and Thanks, Mutt!

warmed up kickboxing (2 songs)

Triple set 5 reps each exercise continuous
deadlift&gt;high pull (upright row from deadlift)&gt;push press
ez-curl+20#, then +30#

Superset 1 2Xthrough
reverse lunges 15#X12, 15#X12
wide pull-down 60#X15, 60#X15

superset 2
squat 75#X15, 75#X15 felt very fluid, better than has for a while
lateral raise, bent arms, 12#X12, 12#X12

superset 3
romanian deadlift ez-curl+30#, +30#
close-grip bench 95#X12, 95#X12

increased my intensity a little, but not too much, today. Felt really good. My knees are tracking better. Got a really good stretch after and am drinking my pwo shake :)
