Yesterday was a lifting day:
Triple set all with ezcurl+30#
SLDL>bentover row>front squat 5 reps each/2 times through
superset 1 (2 sets each)
step up 15X15# db's
low row 12X60#
superset2 (2sets each)
swissball hamstring curl 12
Incline db press 12X25# , 12X30#
superset 3 (2 sets each)
static lunges 12X15# db's
swissball crunches - slow tempo 15
good stertch.
This morning I did my 45 minutes, not too shabby.
