Thursday, Upper body volume workout

Felt really good...

Went up the rack supersetting like this:

Incline DB press/Bent-over DB row
5'sX24reps, 8x22, 10x20, 12x18, 15X16, 20X14, 25X12, 30X10, 35X8

Then a superset of DB flat flyes/Lat pull down
15'sX10 and 70X10 for 5 sets

Then a superset of decline cable crossovers (with band)/Standing cable row (with band)

blue bandX12
dark gray bandX10
light grey bandX9

stretched. Muscles feel very worked!
