Thursday - down 9 lbs!!!!

Almost down 10, the needle was wavering. I know some of it is water - but what a great psychological boost!
Today i did a 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical, then 2 sets of push-ups.
Db incline presses 2 sets of 12 reps with 20, 10repsX25 and 10 repsX30
I worked my seated twists inbetween - 3 sets of 25 reps with a 10lb bar.
bands chest fly - 1 set of 12 reps with red and 2 sets of 10 reps with red+yellow
worked leg raises inbetween sets 3 sets of 25
Declined bench triceps extension - 2 sets of 12reps with 38lbs, 2 sets of 10reps with 42lbs.
I worked my crunches inbetween sets 3 sets of 25
bands single bicep curl 2 sets of 12 with red+yellow and 1 ste9, 1 set 10 with blue
I worked behind the back bb wrist curls between sets 12, 10 and 10 with the 45lb bar.
really good workout, very psyched up today. Going to have my free meal tonight - hmmm, homemade pizza or homemade foccacia with fresh cheese????
