AM cardio 30 min 'aerobics' progarm on elliptical, interesting, hadn't doen it before

Workout:
Back and Hammies -
warm-up 3 minutes elliptical and light set of pull-ups

pull-ups -140X12, -140X11, -140X10
closegrip pull-downs 90X12, 100X10, 110X8
widecable row 90X12, 95X10, 105X8
seated leg curl 100X12, 120X10, dropset 120X8, 100X6, 80X6, 60X6
SLDL Limited ROM... 105X12, 115X12, 125X8 felt good
stretched a lot!

PM cardio 23 min total, elliptical, random program, level 9

Thursday food:

6:40
1/2c oats, WF syrup
2 scoops whey in crystal lite w/tbsp Udo's oil

9:15
1/2c brown rice
5 oz chicken breast

12:30
PWO shake
1 scoop whey
20g mixed cho
crystal lite
glutamine

3:00
5 oz chicken breast
asparagus

Sugar-free popsicle

6:00
5 oz extra lean beef, WF bbq sauce
1c broccoli, garlic&butter buds

8:45
2 eggs
4 egg whites
tbsp udo's oil

well, the hunger set in today, my metabolism must be up. I am feeling good, though and two peopl commented that I looked leaner today.

Things I did right on Thursday
1) Went and got sugar-free popsicles so i could have a 'treat' with the family (they got Dairy Queen, my daughter finished her year end tests today)
2) Went down and did my secind session of cardio while the family ate pizza, grrr.
3)Had a good workout!
Watched the Pursuit of Happyness, good movie! really positive. Very encouraging that if you work hard and are generally a good, nice person, things will pan out for you. Boy, tough times though. Really good movie.
