5:30 omelette - 1 egg, 3 whites, 1 pack string cheese, spinach, mushrooms, garlic and cayenne.
cardio 20 min HIIT, stretching!
Somehow I didn't eat again until much later, I got caught up in sorting out and paying bills, had coffee.
10ish, leftover Nav Ratton Korma (no rice), waiting for chicken breast to heat up....
10:45 chicken breast and pineapple salsa
went to the dog park and hiked for about an hour...
3:30 Home and hungry - had a slice of pumpkin pie (my husband made pie!!!)
4:00 Still hungry (what a suprise, looking back at the day) ate a myoplex lite bar because no one else wanted a really early dinner....
Got the grill going and made tyurkey breast cutlets, chicken breasts and turkay bratwurst - feeling prepared for the next few days!
6:30 ate 2 little pieces of turkey cutlet (just testing), dinner was 1 1/2 turkey bratwurst, 1/2 an ear of corn and a big green salad - romaine and red lettuces, red onion, roma tomato, 1/4 avocado, cucmber, blue cheese crumbles, spoonful french dressing.
Not hungry before bed.....
