6:30am Raisin bran with Isopure instead of milk Coffee.
10am bb pancakes with blueberries and sf syrup.
11-12 workout
I am really proud of myself for doing my workout and pushing myself today 0 i was so tired that i didn't think i would workout, but my impending feeling of disappointment in myself forced me to 'ust Do It' and I felt 100 times better for it!!! Had a really good, in the groove kind of workout.
Warm-up 7 minutes elliptical.
squats /seated cable rows
lying hip extensions on swiss ball/db push presses
rotational lunges/swiss ball crunches
12:30 PWO shake, isopure, maltodextrin, dextrose, crystal lite
2:30ish homemade lean beef & bean chili
6:00 baked chicken breast, rice, steamed cauliflower.
I went back for seconds, then put the seconds back because i didn't think i was really hungry, but then I ate the crunchy skin off a breast and a thigh. Sick guilty pleasure.
I am feeling really hungry today, trying to focus on water intake and stick to mealtimes. Need to eat more raw veggies to fill up my stomach!!!!!
