Take it easy on the road back...

Woke up early this morning, not enough sleep.
Sore from yesterday :), legs sore, too. HMMM.
Walked the dog 20 min yesterday and 1/2 hour this morning.
Exhausted by midday.
Don't want to relapse!!
Going to bed early, will do legs tomorrow.
