Sunday - Must be a cheat day...

Set out this morning to really just rest and relax, not think about food, let my plantar fasciitis have a break from working out...could have been worse :o

Slept in, breakfast around 8:00am. There was much banter about donuts (we watched the monster garage episode where they make a cop car with a donut maker in it...protect and serve), but i ended up feeling too good about my progress and settled for Kashi Go Lean Crunch with isopure, which was pretty sweet and felt better to eat than a donut.

10:30 deli turkey, guacamole, lettuce on a multi-grain wrap

Took the dogs to the dog park and we hiked while they ran. Got a good sweat up going up and down the hils. Forgot I was resting, I guess. Feet sore later...

1:30 homemade taco: extra lean beef with taco seasoning, ff refried beans, lettuce, tomato, black olives, onion, cilantro, salsa. 2 corn taco shells. Oh, and one ear of corn.

2:30 Hubby wanted to see Cars again...Ate too much movie theater popcorn. Stomach felt gross.

Not hungry all afternoon, that popcorn just didn't sit well.

7:30 breyers light mint chocolate chip. I have wanted some ice cream for 3 days now and had planned to have it as my treat today, I guess I should have picked either the popcorn or the ice cream...

Not a very nutritious day, but Sundays are like that sometimes.
