A little off-schedule again..but nothing terrible.

I am still taking Sundays off as a rest day, since I am getting results and I have been less exhausted during the week since I started taking Sundays off.

9:30
4 potato pancakes (1-5 oz potato, egg, potato starch. spices)
lite sour cream &gt;2tbsp, applesauce &gt;2tbsp
2 slices thick cut bacon (naughtiness)
1egg
coffee

12:35
leftover cocnut curry with added haddock fillet
1/2c rice

4:00
1/4c walnuts
6 prunes(&gt;30g cho)
1 scoop whey in water

6:00
chicken breast strips, sauteed in coconut oil
rice noodles (34g cho)
drizzle hoisin sauce

8:30ish
1 scoop casein in water

Things I did right today:
1) Cleaned the kitchen!
2) Relaxed :)
