Well, cardio was walking today. I can feel my glutes from the salsa the other day! I am feeling fuller in my muscles and looking forward to lifting tomorrow. this week i am going to add in some pilate's with bands for my legs and if all goes well, next week i will get on the machines for my legs - I am working towards squats and lunges, but still having some issues with my tissues...
Today's food schedule was a bit off, but all in all not a bad day:
6:00 AM 1c kashi, 3/4c skim milk
1/2c cherries
coffee, splenda
crystal lite lemonade
9:30 chai latte protein shake
11:15 red potatoes (refried)
scrambled eggs (at IKEA)
3:00 homemade general's spicy chicken (chicken, green
onions, hot chilies, sauce)
(a healthier version than general tsao's chicken)
1c rice, 3 rings grilled pineapple
6:30 1/2 a pork chop (the neighbor was grilling)
Late supper - 8:00 chicken, mushrooms, green beans
5 pieces of veggie sushi nori
diet 7up
