Thanks, everyone! I am almost 100% over my cold - still a scratchy throat in the morning, but feeling pretty good otherwise.

Went in with the intention of doing lower body but my knee was really funky when I did warm-up squats with the bar, and then even with bodyweight, so we did Day 2 - Upper body horizontal instead. Due to the week off (and feeling extra stiff maybe from the cold still?), my weights didn't really go up, but it was a good workout.

A Incline Press 115X8, 125X6, 145X4, 115X10

B Bentover rows 140X8, 145X6, 155X4, 135X10

C1 Wide grip bench to neck 135X8 4 sets

C2 Seated low row 120X8 3sets, 125X8

D1 Decline skullcrushers 55X7 4 sets

D2 BB curls 55X7 4 sets

E Wide grip upright row 50X12 3 sets

Followed it with 20 minute gluteal program on elliptical - knee was a little odd but not painful, I am thinking a tendon is out of place or off track or something.Anyhow - appt next week for it I will focus on diet, cardio and upper body today - Brian said "well, at least you know your legs don't suck, so it won't be horrible if you can't work them for a bit" It was nice to hear my legs don't suck But I still might try very light non-supported movements tomorrow - like leg press, extensions, hamstring curls and see how it goes...
