Strange dream, some thoughts about the past, and 3 Oreo cookies

Okey, maybe I should start another journal. I've been writing so much before every single time I needed to get ready for a big event. Now I haven't competed for more than one year so everything has been more calm.
I've had annoying health problems. First with my wrist who got me out of job for around 6 months (it took so long to recover since I never could really stop training....... No good I know I know........) and then my thyroid and ovaries got messed up. This has now lasted for 8 months........

After my last big photoshot last summer I put on 8-9kg. I didn't really see them come (I'm tall and the weight is well situated quite everywhere on me! lol) but then I had to go to London on a business trip and soon after it was the Paris trade fair (Fitness and BB) and I had to be more fit. I was feeling and looking ok in spite of my hormone chaos but it was haaaaaard to lose weight and I didn't really succeed.
THEN I had a phonecall from a TV producer wanting me to come to Paris for a 2 day TV program in just TWO weeks!!! I tell you I reeeally had to do some drastically!!! Everybody knows how to diet but the problem is always to be able to follow the darn diet. Well, I didn't really have a choice. I knew that I would risk losing strength and stamina but I still succeeded in losing 5-6kg before the TV show.
The show went VERY fine and I didn't put on the weight again after (but still 1-2kg of water!).
Right now I'm still trying to diet, but then again is not really a diet since I actually like the way I look today (I'm around 15-16% body fat). I'll probably need to go to the UK soon for some new photos so I'll have to jump on another boring diet anyway.... ;o)

Okey, what I wanted to say when I started to write is that I just had this VERY annoying dream.... It's just one of those dreams where you keep missing things, and missing opportunities is actually one of my biggest night mares (next to being forced to wait). So instead of waking up with a smile I woke up with head ache and feeling grumpy. Not really inspiring to a new beautiful day?........
Now, it's better. I'm drinking my usual tea (I'm a tea fan), I've stolen 3 of my husband's Oreo cookies and I got plenty of work to do (I love my work).
My gym is closed this morning so I have to do some shopping. Tonight I'll go out for a run and I got shoulders to do.
