Well I had been sick for most of the week starting last Friday night. I think kids should have to take meds when they go to school so they don't bring home germs from all their little friends. Of course I could have also warn my body down from work, working out, getting ready for school, and house work. But hey I did start school on Tuesday and I'm getting back in the groove of everything. I was able to get to the gym tonight and did some cardio. Taking it a little easy letting my body fully heal.
