shoulder supersets

i was bored with shoulder workouts so i grouped exercises together and did 2 supersets. i took 45 seconds between sets. good times, not a bad workout at all. the shoulders are a little toasty.

superset 1:
front db raises
|15 x 15||12 x 15||12 x 15|
with
lateral db raises
|15 x 10||12 x 10||12 x 10|

superset 2: (3 sets)
machine rear delt flyes
|12 x 50|
with
standing db shoulder press
|12 x 20|

abs
3-way crunches:
2 x 10 left, 10 right, 10 middle
1 x 15 left, 15 right, 15 middle

ball crunches:
3 sets 20 x 10 + 20 x 0

oblique crunches:
2 x 20 x 0
