It has been quite a few weeks with travel for my job,birthday, anniversary and other holidays i has been not so good. But at least� did not gain alot of weigt but still in there fighting for myself. I lost 3 lbs over the last 3 weeks but still have a ways to go. I just ask GOD to be with me at all times and help me go forward.
